Step-by-Step Walkthrough

Exactly How We Work

SAFETY ISOLATION & SETUP

We turn off the AC unit, pull the breaker, and lock out the safety isolator. We suit up in our PPE (glasses, mask, gloves) and get the ladder in position.

RIG WATER & PRESSURE PUMP

We set up our water source connections and prime the pressure washer pump so there are no air bubbles or uneven water surges.

HANG THE PROTECTION BAGS

We hook up a heavy-duty waterproof cleaning bag directly underneath the AC unit and install a bag over the electronic section so we don't damage the unit.

INDOOR PRESSURE WASH

We use the pressure washer pump to deep-clean the indoor cooling coils and blast away all hidden grease and mold inside the spinning blower wheel.

OUTDOOR COIL & FIN CLEANING

We unhook the indoor setup, head outside to clean the outdoor condenser fins, clear away trapped debris, and wash down the exterior unit housing.

ELECTRICAL CHECK & RESTORE POWER

We perform a light electrical check on connections, wipe down moisture, button up the casing covers, turn the breakers back on, and run tests for freezing cold air.
