Exactly How We Work
KILL THE POWER & GEAR UP
First, we turn off the AC unit, shut off the breaker, and lock out the isolator switch for total safety. Then we put on our safety gear (PPE glasses and mask) and set up the ladder securely.
OPEN PANEL & PULL FILTERS
We climb up the ladder, open the front unit cover properly, gently unclip the dirty mesh air filters, and bring them straight outside.
WASH & AIR DRY OUTSIDE
We wash the filters thoroughly with fresh water at an outdoor pipe or wash station to remove all accumulated dust, then lay them out to air dry naturally.
CLEAN THE HOUSING INTERNALS
While the filters are outside drying, we stay up the ladder and thoroughly wipe down the empty space inside the unit where the filters usually sit.
REASSEMBLE & WIPE DOWN
Once the filters are completely dry, we slide them back into place, snap the front panel shut, wipe down the outside casing, pack up the ladder, and come down.
Safety Lock: Breakers and isolator switches are always locked out before hands touch the chassis.
